The S.E.E. Your Wellbeing Cleanse is a gentle and flexible food and self-care based program. You make nourishing changes to what, when and how you eat, move, rest, connect, and care for your senses.
The cleanse helps you listen to your body’s basic needs for energy and respond with compassionate wisdom.
The goals of the cleanse are to gently eliminate excess from the body and increase the body’s natural ability for self-healing.
Cleansing is like giving your body an annual tune up. Once or twice a year, you slow down and make some shifts in your regular eating and self-care patterns so that your body can eliminate old cellular material, reenergize, and rebuild itself. You realign your physical, mental, emotional, spiritual energy with the support of nature. You become a brighter expression of yourself.
When you don’t take the time out to simplify how you live, what you eat, what you do in your everyday habits, you perpetuate di-ease patterns. Your body, emotions, mind and spirit will disintegrate, unless you take action.
