    • When creating your Habits Scorecard, there is no need to change anything at first. The goal of this exercise is not to change your behavior— even for the bad habits. The goal is to simply notice what is actually going on.

    • This online test will guide you through a process of self-discovery, inquiry, and honest reflection through the lens of Ayurveda.

    • Your completed Ayurvedic Profile will equip you with customized resources for you to refer back to anytime, and personalized recommendations to support your health—body, mind, and spirit.

    • If you have taken the quiz before, go back and revisit your results. You may choose to update your responses to see what is going on in this phase of your growth.

  • Use our Habit Tracking Google Sheet - Click Here - to add your:

    • Dosha

    • ELD Kaizen Habit Goal

  • Make a post-it note that reads: “How do I feel this morning”.

    • Post it on your bathroom mirror.

    • Look at it each morning.

    • Pause and answer honestly with a number (0-10) or an expression (fantastic, pretty darn good or a little rough around the edges). Whatever works for you!
