  • Make a post-it note that reads: “How do I feel this morning”.

    • Post it on your bathroom mirror.

    • Look at it each morning.

    • Pause and answer honestly with a number (0-10) or an expression (fantastic, pretty darn good or a little rough around the edges). Whatever works for you!
