My group movement classes are designed to help you enhance your current movement practice by developing physical skills, mental awareness, and energetic compassion.
What is Qi Gong?
“Qi” (Chi) means “life force energy” and “Gong” means skill.
Put together, Qi Gong is a practice of harmonize your energy with skill.
Qi Gong is a holistic practice rooted in Chinese medicine. Many different styles of Qi Gong have evolved.
My integrative approach includes: breathing techniques, warm-up exercises, gentle stretches, strengthening postures, flowing movements and guided meditation.
Qi Gong mirrors the movement of nature, especially the fluidity of water. As you connect to this natural flow you amplify your body’s self-healing potential. Qi Gong is uniquely suited to relieve stress, boost your immune, respiratory and cardiovascular systems.
Qi Gong empowers you to enhance your wellness and find more energy and joy in your life.
