Stress Relief: Qi Gong Practice

Is it possible to cut stress out of your life?

Is it necessary?


Stress is a normal part of life. 

Is all stress “bad”?


No.


Good stress looks like excitement about... 

a new job, a new partner, an upcoming vacation.

Qi Gong for Depression

I was deflated, uninspired, and sad.

I was not myself.

I was diagnosed with depression 14 years ago while I was pushing through my Ph.D. program.

What did I do?

I swallowed the pill, followed my therapist's advice and crossed the dissertation off my list.
